Who We Are
This website is run by INTERFULGENT LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales. Its full company details are on the Terms page.
What This Website Collects
This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from other companies. It has no forms and no accounts.
The pages, pictures and fonts all come from this website itself, so your browser contacts no other company when you read a page.
Like every web server, ours keeps a short log of requests, including the internet address of the computer that asked for each page. Our host, 20i in the UK, keeps these logs for a short time to keep the service running and secure.
The Seminar List
To keep the list of seminars up to date, the website’s server reads the public feed of the Interfulgent YouTube channel and keeps a copy of each thumbnail picture. This happens without any visitor, so no visitor’s details go to YouTube until the visitor chooses to follow a link there.
Links to Other Websites
Links to YouTube, to the ticket seller for an event, to each app’s own website and to the support site (support.interfulgent.com) take you to those websites. When you follow one, that website is told only that you came from interfulgent.com.
Each of those websites decides for itself what it collects. Their own privacy notices explain it.
If you email membership@interfulgent.com, your message and your email address are used to reply to you.
The Institute Directory
A practitioner is listed in the public directory only after they have agreed in writing. The listing shows only the details they chose: name, level, town, the ways they work and one website or email address.
A practitioner can ask for their listing to be changed or removed at any time by emailing membership@interfulgent.com. It is done within a week.
Your Rights
You can ask what we hold about you, and ask for it to be corrected or deleted, by emailing membership@interfulgent.com. If you are unhappy with our answer you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
